**Job Title**: Support Analyst
This position delivers world-class service to support Philips customers, end-users, and administrators of Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV), ROCC, Xcelera, XPER IM, Tomtec, Performance Bridge, and ForCare, among others.
This position is hýbrid for Blumenau SC
**Your role**:
- Answer calls from customers in the Americas.
- Provide problem resolution and clearly document and reproduce all steps taken during problem resolution in appropriate internal tracking systems.
- Takes independent actions and calculates risks in solving customer issues while working autonomously with little supervision.
- Troubleshooting Windows operating system and hardware issues quickly and effectively.
**You're the right fit if**:
- A bachelor's degree in IT or similar or still coursing.
- Fluente or Advanced English skills: oral, written communication, and presentation skills with good diction, grammar, and tone.
- Intermediate Spanish: able to speak with customers throughout Latin America.
- Experience providing technical support (server and desktop) on informatics products and understanding of ticketing system (Salesforce or similar).
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, TCP/IP, and general networking issues quickly and effectively.
- This opportunity requires working rotative shifts that will change every 3-4 weeks and are aligned with US Eastern Time.
The morning shift is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, and the late shift is from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST (both with one hour of lunch).
