Activities:Customer Call Handling;Answering Calls to Resellers (doubt, transfer of knowledge);Answering calls from internal areas (Commercial, Pre-sales, etc.
);Customer Incident Service;Differentiated service to Prime Customers;Call Screening.
Requirements:Experience in technical customer service;Experience with technology in general, especially with Infrastructure;Knowledge of networks, Linux, Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-v), Information Security;Intermediate / Advanced English.
Differential:Knowledge of PAM and IAM;Spanish language.
Time:Daily 8-hour scale to be defined between 6:00 am and 22:00 pm.
