Main Activities Resolve Assigned Cases from Salesforce Resolve Assigned Cases from Slack Supply Help to other teammates Report Updates/Problems/Outages in Handover to Next Shift Knowledge and Experience Required Advanced English reading/writing; Must to have any one of the languages Spanish, Portuguese.
