If you're looking to join a company through 10x growth, this opportunity is for you.TLDRJob type: Full-TimeTime Zone: GMT-3 to GMT-6.Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.Proficient with Python (Fast API), Go, Typescript, React, React Native, GCP.You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Python. You likely know other languages.Experience with API-based products.Have good communication skills. You will interact with customers directly and on a daily basis.YOU'LL THRIVE IFYou like to wear many hats.Strongly empathetic and get energy from fixing customers' issues.
