The Position As Sustainability Coordinator, you will coordinate the implementation of Novo Nordisk's childhood obesity prevention program in Brazil. The program is in the planning phase, which will allow you to contribute to defining the approach and implementation model from the outset. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate the partners responsible for implementing and evaluating the impact of the program, ensuring that they conduct activities in accordance with the scope and approach agreed between Novo Nordisk and the municipality. Liaise with Novo Nordisk's global health equity team and global partners to ensure strategic alignment and share progress reports, lessons learned and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. Engage with municipality representatives and other organizations involved in the program to ensure aligned implementation between different stakeholders. Coordinate and support the implementation of other prevention programs underway by Novo Nordisk in Brazil as part of the overall health equity strategy. Qualifications You hold a bachelor's degree in administration, institutional relations, social communication, or related areas. Post Degree, Specialization or Master`s Degree in public health is a plus. Advanced in English and fluent in Portuguese. Experience in coordinating projects related to sustainability, social development or public health with multiple stakeholders and external partners such as municipalities and institutions. It will be considered as an asset if you have background working with projects within primary prevention and/or chronic diseases (obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases) Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and cross functional skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
