This position ensures that technology systems align with business needs, focusing on platform operations, reliability, and adherence to the Architecture Framework and Tools.What you will do Key Responsibilities:Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation to the team on process modeling products such as Signavio, ARIS, etc., for creating visual representations of business processes.Product Evaluation: Evaluate and select products that fit business needs and align with company and team strategies.Technical Roadmap Development: Develop and manage a technical roadmap and plan for product deployment at a corporate level, integrating new tools into team support.System Design and Support: Lead the design and support of technology systems that fulfill business requirements, emphasizing platform operations, reliability, security, and scalability.Data Source and Architecture Definition: Define appropriate data sources and architecture to support business processes and analytics.Technical Direction: Drive the team's technical direction and coach team members.Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Delivery teams to define technical user stories and prioritize enabler work.Vendor Partnership: Partner with vendors to influence system implementation guidance, roadmaps, and features.About you We are looking for a System Architect with 3 - 5 years of experience in Process mapping, Data Analytics, process improvement, business analysis, or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in the following field of knowledge is appreciated: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Scientist.Technical Skills:Tool & Software: Familiarity with process modeling tools and software: ARIS, Signavio.Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python.IT Platform: Strong understanding on the IT infrastructure and platform especially on Cloud platform.Data Integration: API, data connection to other IT systems, internet network, firewall configuration, etc.Process Improvement Methodologies: Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques.Behavioral Skills:Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities.Work Collaboration: Experience working in a global company and collaborating across teams.Innovation and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to innovate and take initiative in developing new solutions and improving existing processes.Nice To Have:Fundamental Business Knowledge: Understanding of processes such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.Relevant Certifications: Certifications in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), data engineering, cloud computing, or specific tools and technologies.An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
