What you will do
To be more precise, we manually integrate and test the software in system rigs and complete vehicles (aka Trucks). We let machines do what they do best (repetitive testing) and we do what humans do best (creative test design) with high exploratory approach. And together with our friends around Volvo, we are part of developing the best transport solutions in the world.
Your daily activities will include but not be limited to:

Integrate and test the software in system rigs and complete vehicles (aka Trucks).
Create or update existing test cases, making them suitable for a comprehensive value delivery.
Execute Release/Regression/System and End to End Testing.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the test effort, and based on that, propose improvements to the test process;
Evaluate the Test results, be the voice raising our products SW Status and...
Being the gatekeeper of high Quality Embedded Solutions in front of our customers!

Your future team:
As part of an Agile Team, you´ll be immersed in a dynamic work environment, delivering Embedded SW solutions for Volvo Transport Systems.
Your main interfaces will be Electronics and SW Development Engineers from sites from all over the world, such as Sweden, France, US, India... in daily interactions and occasional trips!
Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring:
Relevant Experience:

Applicants shall have Engineering degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or similar.
Experience in embedded software verification, preferably from the automotive industry;
Fluent proficiency level of English, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication skills and thrive in cooperation with others.
Knowledge of LIN, CAN, and Ethernet communication.
Experience with Vector toolchain and especially CANalyzer and CANoe.
Truck knowledge – Understanding how different systems in a truck interacts and work together.

Meritorious to have:

International and multi-cultural experience with a global organization;
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, power BI and requirement tools;
Experience with HIL testing and vehicle testing;
Good knowledge of software programming languages like C, C# and Python;
