Your duties will be : Provide technical support for computer hardware, software and network systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and network systems, including servers, workstations and printers. Monitor IT systems to ensure they are operating properly and efficiently, and take proactive steps to prevent problems from occurring. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies, and make recommendations to improve IT systems and infrastructure. Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including software upgrades, system backups and security patches. Collaborate with other IT departments and staff to develop and implement IT policies and procedures that meet the needs of the organization. Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Provide training and support to employees in the use of IT systems and software.
