Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition, Intermediate to join our Belo Horizonte office. About the role Manage the hiring process from inception to the offer stage, presenting and negotiating offers with candidates. Create strategies for proactive recruitment and head hunting. Coordinate meetings and interviews with various business managers and facilitate competency-based interviews. Facilitate reasoning tests and psychological tests. Manage the ATS and keep it updated, as well as vacancy monitoring reports for each line of business. Contribute to various activities related to recruitment, selection and strategy development. About you Bachelor or Graduate in: Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or similar with desirable specialization in Human Resources Management. At least 5 years of experience in recruiting and position of similar responsibility Proficient English Level conversational Office Knowledge of the engineering, mining, energy or construction industry is desirable.
