As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, your main challenges are: Conduct recruitment and selection processes to find qualified professionals; Develop and execute talent attraction strategie; Proactively hunt for professionals through LinkedIn and other social media; Represent Azion's culture and promote the company's brand to candidates; Use tools and analytics to optimize the recruitment process; Stay updated on best practices and market trends in Talent Acquisition.
Requirements Over 2 years of experience in recruiting technology professionals; Experience in hunting professionals through LinkedIn and other social media; Knowledge of the technology professional market; Ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, HR Management, or related fields; Advanced English.
Desirable Qualifications Knowledge or experience with Looker; Knowledge of trends in the Talent Acquisition area; Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
