Position overview: As aTalent Acquisition Analyst,you will be responsible of understanding hiring manager's needs and executing the recruitment processes for their positions with agility and assertiveness.
Your role and main responsibilities: Support the team to deliver the recruitment process of internal positions from Pacifica worldwide: Brazil, LATAM, North-America and Europe;Develop and execute sourcing strategies in order to generate a candidate pipeline to meet recruiting goals;Identify potential candidates with LinkedIn searches, social networking, referrals and other sources;Perform CV screening, phone screening, hunting, interviews with candidates and alignment meetings with hiring managers;Contribute to the maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records;Assist in the creation and optimization of job postings;Prepare materials for hiring managers upon demand. Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed preferably in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields;Advanced English. Spanish is a plus;Business-oriented mindset;Hands-on profile;Ability to work with a lot of autonomy;High level of communication;Good relationship skills.
