We connect well-being and professional development.Position overview:As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding hiring manager's needs and executing the recruitment processes for their positions with agility and assertiveness.Your role and main responsibilities:Support the team to deliver the recruitment process of internal positions from Pacifica worldwide: Brazil, LATAM, North-America, and Europe;Develop and execute sourcing strategies in order to generate a candidate pipeline to meet recruiting goals;Identify potential candidates with LinkedIn searches, social networking, referrals, and other sources;Perform CV screening, phone screening, hunting, interviews with candidates, and alignment meetings with hiring managers;Contribute to the maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records;Assist in the creation and optimization of job postings;Prepare materials for hiring managers upon demand.Requirements:Bachelor's degree completed preferably in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;Advanced English.
