**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment Strategy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support decision-making.
- Develop creative and compelling job advertisements to enhance the employer brand.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and related documentation.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to talent acquisition processes and practices.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring teams on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to LYB policies and practices, and ethical standards.
Data Driven
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
**Min. Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Analyst or in a similar role.
- English Fluent.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Familiarity with ATS SuccessFactors-SAP and other HR and Recruiting software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
