We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for screening incoming applicants, coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and maintaining all job requisitions and candidate flow up-to-date.Responsibilities:Screen incoming resumes/CVs and evaluate if they meet the position requirements.Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs.Coordinate interviews with the hiring team and walk the candidates through the process.Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.Managing the administration of the hiring process in our Applicant Tracking System, including creating requisitions, posting positions, and updating candidate profiles.Use a variety of tools to source, screen, and track qualified candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).Post ads on social media when necessary.Bring a passion and drive for connecting with people and matching them to the right opportunities.Build candidate engagement by keeping them informed during the whole process, to ensure a positive experience.Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team & hiring managers to ensure the candidate meets the right people.Work in ambiguous situations while embracing change.Move quickly and efficiently among competing roles and priorities.Proactively work with your manager to take on additional responsibilities and perform other tasks as assigned.Requirements:Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative Human Resource / Talent Acquisition department.Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.Exceptional verbal and written skills.Organized and detail-oriented.Excellent at building relationships quickly in a corporate setting.Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.Experience working in multicultural environments.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, hospitality, recruitment, or similar.Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.Thinking out of the box.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.Passion for human language technology, Marketing initiatives, Product Research, and AI.About Us:We are a language technology and data solutions community that partners with the world's leading companies in their goal to expand their products and services around the globe.
