About the role The Talent Acquisition Intern will work with the Talent Acquisition (TA) LATAM Team by supporting university ventures, operational recruitment, job board postings, candidate experience touchpoints as well as the enhancement of diversity and inclusion initiatives for Brazil.

What you need Active student currently studying a bachelor degree.English intermediate skills (both written & verbal for international meetings).Strong communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Customer Service oriented. What you will be doing Posting positions on local job boards & iCIMS.Attend Strategy Meetings for entry level positions.Scheduling of interviews.Intern will be trained in initial entry level interviews (Internship & Apprentices Programs).Assigned project.Create Requisitons and request online approval.Source and Hunt new candidates.Support in gathering documents for the Audit Process.Support to prepare TA Reports.
