Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Salary: $1100-$1500/month USD, plus bonus for each hire you make Hours: General EST hours, with some overlap needed 6-9pm timeframe on some days to do interviews in other timezones. Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates at Typescouts. You'll be working on various client profiles, doing end-to-end recruitment work for both the Philippines and South America/LatAm. Requirements Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top candidates globally Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage with potential candidates Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for remote and global roles Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding Qualifications: Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and hiring candidates globally Proven experience in the South American/LatAm market Proven experience hiring candidates for US companies Familiarity with active sourcing (outbound) If you've read this far, please include the word "blue" in the 'summary letter' section of application.
