We seek an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to manage recruitment projects using the Passivae platform. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment, excels in client relationship management, and employs strategic sourcing methods.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilise Passivae technology to source, screen, and select candidates for various roles.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, showcasing our recruitment value.
Provide regular recruitment progress updates and metrics to clients.

Qualifications:
2+ years of talent acquisition experience in both agency and in-house settings.
Proven candidate sourcing strategy development and execution skills.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
