The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for conducting full-life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to employer branding initiatives and support hiring decisions. Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit Ability to effectively and creatively source and attract top talent Strong english communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of employer branding strategies and initiatives Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
