As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working with the Talent Acquisition Director and Talent Acquisition Partners in the management of our talent pipeline and recruitment requirements.Responsibilities:Conduct market research and benchmarking studies on peer group companies, their organizational structures and reward schemes.Coordinates and assists with sourcing and evaluating talent for potential opportunities within an organization.Reviews resumes, conducts initial screening interviews, assists with assessing and ranking prospective talent.Assists with developing job descriptions for advertising and posting on internal sites and with external agencies.Coordinates participation in career fairs and building pipelines.Provides support in planning and strategizing future workforce needs.Interviewing and screening candidates via Teams.Partner closely with the TA Director to anticipate future recruitment needs.Ensure that recruitment activity follows necessary legislation, industry best practice and that confidentiality is maintained as appropriate.Develop and maintain inventories of target companies and prospective candidates.Support the further evaluation of candidates, including through the application of psychometric and other assessments.Manage candidate relationships, ensuring they are well informed about the progress of assignments.Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged and interested in current or future opportunities.Job Requirements:Experienced in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment across international geographies and various functions.Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Confident in communicating and building relationships with senior stakeholders.General knowledge of MS Office application suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).Experience or knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR is a plus) and psychometric testing (Thomas Assessment) would also be beneficial.A willingness to travel as the business requires.What we can offer you!Attractive monthly base salary + competitive commission/performance bonus.Genuine career progression opportunities, either locally or globally!World-class training programmes and development opportunities.Virtual Onboarding Events exclusively for new hires.Team driven environment, supportive culture with a focus on work-life balance.Career breaks available after one year.Mental Health First Aiders to signpost you to support when you need it.Real time recognition through our employee reward platform where you can earn points to spend on what you like.Yearly destination trips as part of our Highflyers program (Dubai, Buenos Aires, etc…).Charity days for various important causes such as Relay for Life and Earth Day.Our Core ValuesGrowth - In life and business, one must grow to flourish and achieve high ambitions.
