**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various technology and consulting roles
- Collaborating with the Sourcing team to devise and execute effective talent attraction strategies
- Partnering with hiring managers to align on job requirements and hiring strategies
- Promoting the company brand and positioning it as an employer of choice
- Staying informed on industry trends to advise hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate records in the ATS and providing recruitment reports
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of global talent acquisition experience in IT technology services/consulting
- Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment tools
- Exceptional English communication skills to engage stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
- In-depth knowledge of EMEA region
- Ability to work across cultures and adapt strategies regionally
