Street Diligence is seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization, both in the US and globally. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company. This includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with department managers to ensure a seamless and effective hiring process. Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Specialist:Create and post compelling job descriptions on job portals & social media platforms in the US and globally.Leverage online job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to increase the visibility of job postings and attract a diverse candidate pool.Build a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current & future openings.Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and staff interviewers.Provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.Manage and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.Lead international recruitment efforts and assist with understanding and navigating different countries' employment laws and practices.This role is for you if you are/have:BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office and recruiting software/tools.About Street DiligenceStreet Diligence is a high-growth, well-funded venture with an innovative product offering and ambitious expansion plans.
