This position will be part of the Value Creation Area's People Team, working with Patria's Private Equity portfolio companies' C-Level and Senior Management.
The selected person will be based in our São Paulo, in a full in-person work model.
Main Responsibilities Develop and implement talent management strategies across the 40+ Patria's portfolio of companies.
Manage performance evaluation and IDP programs, ensuring the identification and retention of the Portfolio Companies' C-Level.
Collaborate with Patria's senior management and partners to understand their talent needs and develop customized solutions.
Create, monitor, and analyze HR reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in talent management, preferably with exposure to the C-Level.
Knowledge of HR management tools, metrics, and systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Power BI and/or other business analysis tools Fluent English Skills: Investigative and Analytical Capability Execution and Adaptation Capacity Work Environment: It is not just the performance that matters.
