About the Role:
As our Talent Operations Manager, you'll spearhead innovation and leadership within the Talent Acquisition framework at BairesDev.
This role blends strategic oversight, creativity, and process management, putting you at the heart of our hiring transformation efforts.
Lead a diverse team of leaders, create forward-thinking strategies, and collaborate across functions to continuously enhance our Talent Acquisition model.
What will I do?
- Team Leadership: Guide and support a distributed team of leaders toward meeting ambitious hiring objectives.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement innovative strategies that refine and streamline the hiring process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other area leaders to align Talent Acquisition with broader business strategies.
- Metrics & Performance Management: Track, analyze, and act on key performance indicators and data insights.
