Requirements Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3+ years of proven technical leadership (project oversight) and 2+ years of people management, supervision, or team leadership roles.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
