Skills/Knowledge:Minimum BSc in Geoscience (Geology, Geophysics);Ten (10) years experience in the oil and gas exploration activities with at least 5 years experiences in Pre-Salt Exploration & Development in Campos & Santos Basin, Brazil;Possess skills/knowledge in GEO Premium, WellXP & Geolog;Availability to go to rig site as required;Fluent in English and Portuguese.Coordinate and design an optimal fit for purpose geological and subsurface evaluation data acquisition program for Exploration drilling campaign through integration during preparation and documentation of Well Proposal and Notice of Operation (NOOP) to ensure the compliance to agreed objective;Develop and monitor the technical intervention efforts during the course of Exploration drilling campaigns by having daily engagement either at the drilling site or town office in providing ad-hoc solution customer to ensure continuous drilling operation in accordance to highest HSE standard within the approved budget;Develop and design detailed documentation of pre-drill, while drill and post drill reporting through fit for purpose process and tools to ensure the documentations of Exploration drilling campaigns are auditable for future record and according to highest standard meeting the host government regulation;Plan and lead in maintaining the integrity of subsurface data sample through constant monitoring of data acquisition procedure during the drilling operation at the drilling site, packaging and delivering from drilling site to COMPANY receiving point and ensure the subsurface data are timely and safely delivered;Plan, design and supervise the implementation of mudlogging service provider by conducting auditable QA/QC to service provider processes, procedures and equipment at drilling sites and supply bases to ensure the service provider provide highest quality of services with fit for purpose solution to highest HSE standard in cost effective manner.
