About the Role:
What You'll Do:
- Create clear and informative knowledge base articles and guides.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and live chat inquiries.
- Create standard and ad hoc reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the platform.
You must have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support/success.
- Passion to work with people.
- Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Advanced English level.
