Approx. 3/month, with investigation of potential defects estimated at 5 weekly. Testing lifecycle: enhancements, defects, upgrades. End to end support of testing activities. Averaging 13 stories per cycle. System upgrades management: testing, release notes, release recommendations. 2 major upgrades a year, 5 week upgrade cycle for a total of 10 weeks 100% devoted to upgrade testing. Group management and administrative tasks in ServiceNow. Manual support of cases: table management, response templates, etc. System health monitoring. Up to date on ServiceNow functionality and able to provide solutions based on knowledge of ServiceNow releases and upcoming functionality. What do we offer?
