Check and check tax books (incoming and outgoing books, ICMs, IPI, ISSQN, PIS COFINS, including records and issuance of respective invoices);
- Organize, print and archive all documentation relating to tax assessment and legislation;
- Support billing and NFS entry activities (legislation and enforcement whenever necessary);
- Monitor and implement tax legislation, observing deadlines, frameworks, exemptions, benefits and all other relevant procedures that serve as support for tax planning;
- Present suggestions for improvements in work processes and minimization of taxation;
- Work in different areas of the company on matters related to the tax area, focusing on analysis and suggestions for improvements;
- Monitor implementation processes and updates of the company's IT system - ERP, assisting with parameterization related to the tax area;
- Calculate taxes with the appropriate calculations, issuing DARFs and payment guides (ICMS, IPI, ISS, presumed credit, DIFAL EC 87/2015), observing the necessary checks and closing them with accounting;
- Complete the tax information, observing the delivery deadlines to the competent bodies, (GIA, EFD tax, DMSE, FCI and all information relevant to the area in accordance with the legislation);
- Carry out a daily check of incoming and outgoing invoices, checking that they are were registered correctly in the system;
- Support accounting when requested, working on reconciliations, entries, closings, in short, all relevant activities;
- Comply with tax audits and those defined by the Corporation;
- Determine the import content and analysis of imported items (FCI);
