Job LocationSao PauloJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Tax Litigation Manager, with passion and the vital knowledge to collaborate and contribute within our Finance and Accounting (F&A) team in São Paulo, SP.In this role, you will be responsible for:Effectively manage judicial and administrative tax disputes, collaborating with external lawyers and law firms to develop and implement the most effective case management strategies.Provide expert legal advice and opinions on Brazilian tax law matters for both Corporate Income Tax and Indirect Taxes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.Conduct legal research and analysis, staying informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing tax legal support and guidance on tax audits and day-to-day activities.Manage tax assessment payments, tax refunds receivables, tax clearance certificates (CNDs), tax notifications, operating expenses, and overall management of external law firms.Who we are:P&G was founded over 180 years ago as a simple soap and candle company.
