ResponsibilitiesHead of Automotive Industry Policy Research
Responsible for the study of tax policies related to the automotive sector and its location
Responsible for the application and negotiation of tax incentive programs
Responsible for formulating tax planning methods based on the company's needs
Responsible for managing the company's compliance
Responsible for the presentation and management of the risk of tax obligations
Responsible for supporting the company's team in the effective implementation of industrial policies and governance.Education
Minimum Requirements (mandatory): Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Postgraduate or master's degree in Fiscal and Tax Management.
Desirable requirements:Mandarin.
Language: Advanced English.
Informatics: Advanced office package. SAP Integrated System.Desirable requirements
Experience in tax management in the automotive industry, preferably in the North and Northeast regions
Experience in negotiating with public services
Experience in Tax Projects: minimum level of Key User.
Knowledge of tax systems and software.
Competence in using technology to automate tax processes and improve efficiency.
Knowledge of Power BI or another data tool.Skills
Extensive work experience in the tax field, including obligations, compliance, risk management, operations, tax calculations, tax projects.

Ability to communicate complex tax issues in a clear and understandable manner.

Ability to identify and assess tax risks.
Development of strategies to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.
