O(a) candidato(a) ideal deve ter paixão pelo ensino de Inglês para crianças e adolescentes, criatividade para engajar os alunos e habilidades para trabalhar com diferentes faixas etárias.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesYou will be responsible for teaching, preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED BALLOON's pedagogical plan:Teach classes and guide children's learning, promoting learning experiences based on RED BALLOON's pedagogical plan and the special needs of every student;Know the school's Pedagogical Proposal, the approach adopted and the learning expectations of that specific grade;Analyze the student's evolution in the learning process, collecting evidence and paying attention to individual needs, defining actions to improve performance;Develop, together with the coordination, strategies that promote the improvement and engagement of students, based on observation and evidence collection;Promote classes and differentiation strategies for students with learning difficulties;Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents. Keeping this stance comprehensively to all school students;Carefully observe the child's attitudes and behaviors in order to identify illnesses, managing the necessary actions;Report the observed behaviors and performance of the children to the coordinator, in order to keep families informed;Receive students at the school entrance and exit, paying attention to handing the children over only to a person in charge;Follow RED BALLOON´S general guidelines (manuals, etc);Forward copies of activities and material for class use or projects for approval by the Coordination, respecting the set deadlines;Maintain accurate and complete student records;Advise students through evidence-based practices, managing conflict situations, according to what is proposed by the school philosophy;Prepare the Report Cards and present them to the coordination, complying to deadlines;Inform the responsible parents/guardians, in individual or collective meetings and with the supervision of the coordinator, about the student's development;Attend Local Meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence;Be responsible for student material and class management;Communicate to the coordination the daily occurrences related to the students (accidents, illnesses, absences, etc.);Meet deadlines;Check and control allergies and special diets of students in the class, ensuring safety;Perform tasks related to those described above and those determined by the immediate superior.Requisitos para esta oportunidade:Profissionais Graduados e/ou Estudantes de Letras, Pedagogia, Educação ou areas relacionadas com Inglês Avançado.Profissionais Graduados e/ou Estudantes de outras áreas com Inglês Avançado.Profissionais com Certificados de Proficiência: FCE, CAE, CPE, TOEFL, MICHIGAN, PROGRAMAS DE INTERCÂMBIO, dentre outros.Diferenciais:Experiência com métodos pedagógicos inovadores;Familiaridade com tecnologias educacionais.Oferecemos:Ambiente de trabalho acolhedor e dinâmico;Suporte contínuo ao desenvolvimento profissional;Salário Compatível e benefícios.
