We are looking for a Team Lead, Brand Insights to join our growing Brand Insights team. The team itself is tasked with guiding brand strategy through consumer insights to help brands in the BRP portfolio maximize their global reach.
As part of your role, you'll be at the forefront of a new practice at BRP and will be expected to connect the dots between the work of many specialized teams across the organization (data and analytics, research, social, digital, business intelligence, CX, UX, etc.) to explain consumer behavioral patterns to senior management and proactively identify threats and opportunities.

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Build the Brand Insights practice at BRP (team, budget, processes)
Provide an ongoing read on customer profile, target & personas
Identify information gaps to build optimal research roadmaps per brand
Monitor brand health variations to highlight growth opportunities & competitive threats
Interpret available consumer data to build actionable insights
Keep a constant pulse on macro trends (market, category, competitors)
Be the voice of the customer in strategic meetings
Consolidate brand insights into story-led insights review
Provide strategic recommendations to marketing and executive teams
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Minimum 10 years' experience in brand strategy & development roles leveraging market research or directly in market research with a strong storytelling focus.
Proactive connector, able to liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders.
Naturally curious, self-motivated and with excellent penmanship.
Born storyteller, able to persuade audience through indirect leadership.
Previous experience visualizing and storytelling data for non-data audiences.
Proficiency with consumer intelligence platforms (Qualtrics, Brandwatch, Display R)
Experience with multivariate analysis and other statistical techniques.
