To strengthen our 90 people team, we're looking for a passionate Team Leader SEO to join us!
You'll be joining a passionate SEO team of 16 people, based in Lille, Paris and remote.
**As Team Lead SEO, you will be responsible for**:
- **SEO Strategy Development**: You will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that encompasses technical, content, and link-building elements.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct thorough technical audits and implement on-site SEO improvements, including optimizing site structure, schema markup, and page speed.
- **Content Strategy**: Oversee the development of SEO-aligned content that not only ranks well but also engages and converts users.
- **Link Building Strategy**: Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy aimed at improving our websites domain authority and search rankings.
- **SEO Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics.
- **Leadership and Team Management**
***Your Profile**:
You have proven SEO experience, with 5+ years as an inhouse SEO
Proficiency with SEO tools (log analysis, crawling, keyword research, GSC, etc)
Strong sense of ownership
Experience on competitive SERPs
You're obsessed about rankings keywords
Professional English + Portuguese

Number of FTDs generated
**Status**:
Contract: CDI & package (fix + bonus based on performance objectives) from 48K€ in France, or freelance (service provider) outside of France
