The Vendor Management Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the relationships with external vendors, ensuring that they deliver high-quality goods or services that meet the organization's needs efficiently and cost-effectively. This role involves managing a team of vendor management specialists and collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders to optimize vendor performance, enforce SLAs, maintain governance, and drive strategic initiatives to reduce the vendor base.Requirements:·Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.G., CSCP, CPSM, PMP) preferred.Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong negotiation, contract management, and financial analysis skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and optimize vendor relationships.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Solid understanding of risk management principles, compliance requirements, and industry best practices related to vendor management.Proficiency in vendor management software, contract management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.English is a MUST
