We have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader (Outbound) to be based in Umhlanga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the Outbound Sales team, ensuring that daily/monthly sales targets are achieved by all team members consistently.
The Outbound Sales Team Leader follows the internal control procedures in relation to the telephonic betting experience and tracks performance respectively.

You Bring:
Matric
Call Centre / Outbound Sales experience.
What You'll Do For The Brand:
Drive performance to ensure Daily/Monthly targets set are achieved.
Ensure compliance with company policy and internal control procedures.
Work closely with internal audits to understand potential risks and address them.
Ensure good customer service/sales principles are displayed.
Ensure the department is optimally staffed.
Review internal control procedures for staff accountability.
Promote the company brand through excellent customer service.
Conduct regular coaching sessions to develop sales agents.
Develop action plans to increase performance for under-performing team members.
Ensure quality targets are achieved and implement interventions where necessary.
Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Implement strategies for managing staff conduct and performance.
Provide daily reporting analysis on team performance.
Ensure transparent communication between departments.
Provide feedback on call structure and closing skills.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
