Team Leader Technical Trainer

Service LAT is responsible for ensuring the best performance possible of wind turbines in the LAT Region. The position will report to the relevant Service & Construction Academy department Service LAT. The academy department is responsible for training the operational service and construction workforce within the countries of Latam. Responsibilities: Established a group of Training Administrators and instructor in the Service and Construction Department Providing excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for training inquiries and communication Supporting Training Administration in delivering needed resources to provide requested technical trainings in classroom environment or remotely Coordinating on-site and off-site training events, assisting the administration of training including scheduling, procurement, set up, communication and logistics Responding to reporting requests, generating reports, and providing report analysis support. Support and coordinate legal mandatory training initiatives in Latin America. Qualifications: Experience in adult education, training, corporate training, higher education or equivalent educational experience Experienced Learning Management System (LMS) administrator preferred Experienced customer service skills Experience with change and conflict management May be required to travel (%) Valid driver's license Proficiency in English and portuguese Spanish knowledge desirable Experience on Vestas turbines preferred.
