**About the role**

You will collaborate closely with the Engineering Department within the Professional Services sector by executing tasks around documentation, auditing, client communication and leveraging data tools/analytics in order to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a tech company in one of the following roles: Engagement Lead, Project Manager, Product Owner, or Team Lead.
- Strong technical background: Ability to read logs, write basic SQL and Python scripts, and work with third-party APIs.
- Proactive and responsible: You're ready to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
- ** Business English**: You can confidently read and write in English and eager to improve your language skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage task implementation and ensure high-quality execution throughout the full development cycle.
- Facilitate effective communication between R&D teams, including engineers, QA, product, analytics, and other key stakeholders.
- Support and optimize internal processes for product, project, and service delivery.
