Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead / Software Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building API services and deploying them within the AWS ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of developers, as well as designing scalable and efficient API services to be deployed on Amazon EKS infrastructure. Additionally, you will help manage and maintain the AWS infrastructure. Proficiency in English speaking and reading is a must. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable API services using Node.js . Deploy and manage applications on Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Lead and mentor the tech team to ensure effective and timely delivery of projects. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Node.js Developer. Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience with deploying applications on Amazon EKS. Strong understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and proficiency in English (both speaking and reading). Experience with microservices architecture. Availability for international travel. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Solid experience with AWS cloud services. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. AWS certification is a plus.
