We are looking for Tech Lead who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will;
Experience as a technical leader in data center, telecommunications and/or network projects.
Skilled in communication, knowing how to delegate tasks.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, VCenter/VMS and systems infrastructure and architecture.
Experience in virtualized and on-premises environments (applications on physical servers running Linux, Red Hat, Oracle).
Assessment of project risks and critical paths, establishment of plans with business areas that involve the efficient use of infrastructure and understanding of how to structure a migration plan together with other technical areas of the company.
Knowledge of Azure, OCI and GCP clouds, as well as the possibilities of hybrid environments will be considered an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux in performance analysis and troubleshooting related to the operating system;
Advanced knowledge of technologies, solutions and methodologies related to monitoring Unix and Microsoft environments.
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases.
Advanced knowledge of Java and Microsoft Middleware and application servers.
And much better if you stand out for:
Knowledge of Microsoft Operations Manager and Zabix is ??desirable;
Knowledge of database and TCP/IP network architecture and operations
Certified as an architect in one of the clouds: Azure, OCI or GCP.
Knowledge of virtual networks, development of trend maps and systems and infrastructure dashboards.
Knowledge of the technologies used in the project: VMware, Weblogic, vCenter, Load Runner, JMeter or similar for load testing, AWR, Statspack, Glance, nmon, sar, vmstat, netstat, Azure DevOps, Prodman, ManagementWeb, APM System, ELK, Grafana, Google Firebas and Firebase Crashlytics.
You will be responsible for leading the team of technical analysts with the aim of making the most of the potential and performance of each team member.
You will be responsible for evaluating the quality of the team's deliverables; as well as suggesting corrections or improvements.
Evaluating the systems architecture and creating/validating the system capacity model in relation to the client's environment.
Analyzing the capacity and performance of environments and providing recommendations, preparing capacity analysis reports.
Planning and delivering innovation to the client.
