Responsibilities:
Recognized as a technical leader and crucial figure in people management and project oversight.
Establishes team objectives and project goals, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
Oversees and leads a team of engineers, ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines and budgets.
Actively involved in recruiting, training, and developing team members, fostering a productive and growth-oriented environment.
Collaborates with other technical leaders to align technology strategies with company goals, contributing to the overall technical direction.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
Experience in team leadership and product companies.
At least 4 years.
A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security and session management.
Knowledge of microservices architecture is an advantage.
Proven experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications and using monitoring tools to monitor production applications.
Strong understanding of the development cycle and multidisciplinary work.
Agile methodologies knowledge.
Problem-solving skills.
Effective communication.
Evaluation Criteria:
Effectiveness in setting and achieving clear team objectives and project milestones.
Leadership in guiding the team towards successful project delivery, within time and budget constraints.
Success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering talent within the team.
