Activities As a Tech Lead, be the reference when communicating with the team and stakeholders (including the customer);Actively support the development teams;Mentor less experienced team members;Work in a dynamic team to provide web serverless solutions; Development of new platform and features considering scalability, performance and security requirements; Participation in the complete cycle of development from requirements refinement, development and testing; Contribute with technical/architectural discussions/decisions with customers. Essential Skills Strong background in BE development using Javascript/Typescript - NodeJS; Strong background on API/REST; Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; Experience with AWS. Nice-to-Have Experience with Frontend development using HTML, CSS and ReactJS; Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with remote teams.
