What will you do?
Hire, develop, and mentor software engineers.
Translate product requirements documents (PRDs) into detailed design documents; Define and execute technical strategy and roadmap; Contribute to the code base; Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders; Understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions; Ensure the team follows software development, testing, and deployment practices; Manage project timelines and budgets; Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team; Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, with an emphasis on code quality and testability.
What do you need to know?
Bachelor's degree in Computing or related; Experience with TypeScript; Experience managing software engineering teams, leading and motivating teams; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies; Passion for building high-quality software products; Fluent in English.
Great if you have Experience with AWS cloud platform; Experience with DevOps practices; Experience scaling, optimizing, and maintaining SQL databases; Contributions to open-source projects; Intermediate Spanish.
