Job Title: Azure DevOps/.NET Tech Lead Work Location: LATAM Type: Remote, Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps .NET Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, oversee CI/CD pipeline implementations, and develop automation workflows, driving efficiency and innovation in application development and IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications. Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed across all projects. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Seamlessly integrate various IT systems and applications to streamline processes and improve productivity. Partner with development, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing processes, workflows, and system integrations. Monitor applications and automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their smooth and efficient operation. Create and maintain detailed documentation for development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows for transparency and knowledge sharing. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Tech Lead with expertise in .NET application development and Azure DevOps. In-depth understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing pipelines in Azure DevOps. Proficient in integrating and streamlining IT systems and applications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to document technical processes comprehensively and clearly. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with additional DevOps tools or automation platforms. Experience in optimizing workflows in a large-scale IT environment. Leadership experience in an Agile development environment.
