TECH LEAD - SALESFORCE (Service Cloud) English Advanced - Fluent Remote Mode of employment: Contract Contract Duration: 6-9 months Work Timing: As per US EST zone No.
of interview rounds: 2 (both rounds conducted by Ness), for 2nd round interviewer is based in India so morning slots are preferred Summary We seek a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead with 8-10 years of experience to drive complex Salesforce implementations.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Service Cloud, LWC, Flows, Apex, and SOQL.
Strong DevOps skills, including Git, Copado, Sandbox Refresh, SFDX, and VS Code are essential.
Proven experience in requirements analysis, technical feasibility assessment, and solution architecture is required.
Experience in the Sales cloud is a plus.
Preferred Candidate shall have Spring boot or Java Experience.
Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives in Service cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Conduct requirements gathering, technical feasibility assessments, and solution architecture.
• Develop custom applications using LWC, Apex, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud to meet business needs.
• Manage code deployments using DevOps tools (Git, Copado, SFDX, Deployments from and to Any Salesforce Environment).
• Service Cloud experience is required.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills and Experience • 6-8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Service Cloud, LWC, Flows, Apex, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience in Sprint Boot Development or Java Development.
JAVA certifications - SCJP or OCP is optional.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, SFDX, VS Code, ).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills • Experience with Five9 CTI and GraphQL.
• Experience in Field Service Lightning is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer 1, Service Cloud Consultant, PD2 - Optional).
• Having salesforce Architecture certifications is a plus.
