All about the role:
Our ambition here at the Electrolux Group is to lead the enhancement of the Consumer Journey.
In order to keep a more direct and significant relationship with them, we created the Consumer Direct Interaction sector, with an organized structure that is completely consumer-centered, reuniting under one perspective the main functions that are part of this journey.
Within the area, our dynamic and agile Tech teams work to deliver optimized solutions for the future.
What you'll do:
As a Tech Manager, you will act as primary point of contact for the Tech area with executives and line-of-business managers, ensuring the reliable and timely delivery of related projects in the Consumer Direct Interaction areas and facilitating the development of world-class business models.

In detail, you will:

- Focus on strategic initiatives and planning activities for the business area, studying market challenges to support the delivery of technological products that meet business needs;
- Support the Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Care, and Ownership Solutions areas (including connectivity projects), facilitate decision-making processes and high-level planning and execution of business initiatives with technology;
- Develop and implement solution concepts and roadmaps, as well as business cases for new investments ensuring successful introductions throughout the organization and with customers when necessary;
- Collaborate with CDI and IT leadership to develop annual budgets for the respective business areas;
- Act as a liaison across all functional areas, including business units, IT department, and external vendors, aligning matters of timing, solution launches, etc.

- Develop and implement sound rationales for portfolio management, managing phase-in-phase-out plans for products, executing the project portfolio roadmap and proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps;
- Identifying, visualizing, and evaluating new solution opportunities to meet unmet customer needs (internal and external);
- Exercising leadership and providing training, development, and direction to the team.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas;
- Solid experience with IT management and/or related fields;
- Solid experience with team management;
- Experience with the areas of Consumer Care, Ownership Solutions and/or New Business Development;
- Experience with project management, business case development and Agile methodologies;
- Experience with business analysis;
- Experience with developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and IT operations.
- Advanced English (Spanish is a strong plus).
