Our global team is made by 22,000 diverse and brilliant people, passionate about insights, innovation and committed to deliver the best products to our customers.What will you doThe Process Sr. Scientist is responsible for performing assigned scientific experiments and procedures under direct supervision, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data, and assisting in writing and updating protocols, test methods, and standard operating procedures:Supports quality, manufacturing, safety and maintenance team in troubleshooting, defining winning processes, out of spec investigations and technical expertise;Independently plan design of experiments executing laboratory and/or pilots, analyses data, identify root causes for technical investigations, generate technical reports;Elaborate process/filling/cleaning & sanitization validation strategy;Write tests protocol and reports needed to support troubleshooting and/or new projects implementation;Work together with manufacturing team to deliver smart solutions, improve OEE, reduce loss based on product design;Participates in safety evaluations, assessments, and initial start-up of new equipment sharing formula, process and equipment knowledge;Understand relationship between process yield and product design to achieve process optimization;Independently execute life cycle management projects for technology transfers, cost reduction, BCP development, manufacturing processes optimization or new technology implementation, working with multi-functional team;Execute technical activities related to life cycle management projects including, but not limited to, historical data review, product and manufacturing process assessment, development plan and other technical documents elaboration, pilot and/or trial execution, specifications and standard procedures review, etc;Applies organizational understanding and awareness and participate in decision making in collaboration with others;Engages in project and program management; identifies and implements process level efficiencies.What we are looking for3-5 years of relevant experience;Fluent English is required.
