Activities Work closely with P&C Manager and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies; Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation Proactively source and identify top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals; Source, screen, interview, prepare candidates, and hire top talents to ensure they meet technical and cultural fit criteria; Manage the ATS (Attraction Tracking System) Trakstar; Lead the Cultural Fit and Use Cases with candidates; Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process; Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement; Discuss inputs about industry trends and recruitment standards; Help Employer Branding strategies.
In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills Advanced English level.
Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle; Previous experience with tech positions; Have the ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity; Excellent communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Applicants must live in Brazil, have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$) Differentials Previous experience with Attraction Tracking System (Trakstar, Kenoby, Workable, or others); This is a full-time position.
