We're continuing to grow and are now looking for a dependable person to help with easy and limited client support for US hours.If you are willing to answer very rare holidays and weekends, we pay an extra commission of BRL 60 each for going above and beyond.Any downtime outside of this not busy support schedule will be dedicated to developing your technical skills, research, and data entry related tasks related to our internal products.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to clientsTroubleshoot, document and refine internal processesPerform product-related researchAssist with operational data activitiesUpdate and maintain the relevant, internal systemsRequirements:Ability to speak and write in EnglishComputer literateExperience using MS Teams and JiraExperience or willingness to learn to read technical documentationHave access to consistent internet via computer and mobile phoneJob Types: Full-time, Contract, CommissionPay: R$3,240.00 per monthApplication Questions:Are you willing to be on-call for holidays and weekends for extra pay?Are you available to work during US business hours?
