Technical Account Manager – Google CloudWe are looking for an experienced professional in Google Cloud Expertise to work with our clients to identify, develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
You will work closely with one or a few of our clients, collaborating with them to strategically plan for successful deployments and help realize optimal performance and growth, providing proactive advice and guidance to help identify and address potential problems before they occur.
Should a problem arise, TAMs engage the right resources to resolve it as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to the business.Responsibilities:Building a strategic and trusting relationship with our clients.Identify the most optimal cloud-based solutions for our clients and maintain cloud infrastructures in accordance with best practices and company security policies.Stay updated on Google Cloud solutions, products, and offers, interacting with clients to provide cloud support and guidance based on their needs.Help gain visibility among clients, identifying pain points and opportunities where our services, solutions, technology initiatives, and expertise can be effective in achieving the results our clients are looking for.Minimum Requirements:Degree in computer science or a similar field (or proven relevant practical experience).Solid experience in the field of cloud computing, preferably with Google Cloud Environment.Google Cloud Certifications.Experience with Shell Scripting and SysOps.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi/Cloud Formation/Google Cloud Deployment Manager).Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/CircleCI/Gitlab CI/Github Actions/Spinnaker/gitops (ArgoCD/Flux) or others.Experienced in at least one programming language such as Python/Java/C#/NodeJs/Golang/Rust.Experience with containers (Docker) and Container Orchestrators (Mesos/Kubernetes/Swarm) and GKE.Experience in development with Configuration Management (Chef/Puppet/Ansible/Salt).Experience with Google Cloud Compute Engine, Google Cloud Operations Suite, Google Cloud Run, and Google Cloud Functions.Experience with Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud Datastore, and Google Cloud SQL.Experience with Agile methodologies, Application Lifecycle, and API gateways such as Kong/Apigee.Experience with Service Mesh like Istio and Ingress Controllers (Nginx, HAProxy).Experience with Deployment Strategies like Blue/Green and Canary.Experience with Observability concepts and tools, tracing, events and log collection, applications monitoring using Data Dog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Prometheus.Experience with Apigee and API Platform.
