Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:Position Title: Technical ArchitectLocation: Remote - LATAMOverview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to be the technical partner to the Director of Business Transformation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to support our company's goal of migrating our current processes to an IPaaS. This role involves reverse engineering existing middleware, developing comprehensive technical process documentation, and leading the implementation and optimization of workflows across the organization.What you will be doing:1. Discovery Phase:Analyze, reverse engineer, and document our current middleware to understand critical process calls and endpoints.Determine technological needs and gaps as it relates to current and future business processes and vendor capabilities.Document process API details including method and Authentication.Deliverables:Technology application map showcasing current and future application structure including IPaaS vendor.Technical process documents for each workflow (Including technological gaps).2. Build Phase:Platform setup and configuration.Build workflows in new platform.Create and manage integration documentation: API, SDK, Auth, Methods.Test Workflows: Pretesting, QA and validationa and Build UAT process.Deliverables:Setup and configuration of all relevant applications, Building of 10 workflows, and Document showing API details and methods as it relates to workflows.3. Implementation Phase:Provide clear and concise documentation to assist in the ongoing support and maintenance of new workflows and integrations.Deprecation of current workflows.Requirements & Qualifications:Technical Skills:Proficiency in middleware technologies and integration platforms.Strong understanding of API design and management.Expertise in developing APIs, ETLs, and batch processes.Experience with IPaaS solutions and enterprise application integration.Experience with Snowflake and structuring data for use in Snowflake.Expertise in C# and Visual Basics programming languages.Understanding of AWS cloud platform.Proven experience in reverse engineering and documenting complex middleware systems.Demonstrated success in leading workflow implementations and deprecating outdated systems.Strong background in API management and documentation.Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements.Experience:Home care mgmt platforms (AXISCARE or equivalent)ADP (HRIS) Salesforce (CRM/sales focus)Snowflake (DWH)Workstream (ATS)NetsuiteRampEducation & Training:B.S. degree in computer or data related major (or equivalent exp).Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical architect role or similar position.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhy you will love Lean Tech: Join a powerful tech workforce and help us change the world through technologyProfessional development opportunities with international customersCollaborative work environmentCareer path and mentorship programs that will lead to new levelsJoin Lean Tech and contribute to shaping the data landscape within a dynamic and growing organization.
